In 2026, Emirates SkyCargo introduced seven weekly freighter services to South America, lifting capacity in four key markets amid rising export volumes.
Three more weekly flights go to Buenos Aires, two to São Paulo, and one each to Bogotá and Quito.
From April 2026, the carrier moved over 22,000 tonnes of export cargo from these markets, an 18% gain over the same period a year earlier.
A sixth weekly freighter service from Quito began in May 2026, raising total weekly export capacity to 600 tonnes.
