GXO Logistics has widened its tie-up with European retailer Action, starting operations at a new distribution center in Onnaing, in northern France.
The 80,000 sqm site is the third Action distribution center that GXO runs in France.
Once fully operational, it will supply stores in France and Belgium, with room for up to 290 locations.
About 540 people work there now, and GXO expects the figure to reach up to 1,000 by 2028 as operations grow.
