This page explains what personal data we collect when you request a quotation, why we need it, and how long we keep it.

Who we are
The data controller is FASTPORT CO., LTD (tax code 0313056850), registered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Contact: info@fastport.vn.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect: your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), service type, origin and destination, cargo description, and any message you add. We also record the language you used, your approximate country (from Cloudflare), the time of submission, and a truncated browser user-agent string for abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We process this information to prepare and send you a freight quotation, to follow up by email or phone, and to improve our response to similar requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Legal basis and consent
Submitting the form requires you to tick the consent box confirming we may contact you with a quotation. Without that consent we cannot process your request.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stored in our database are automatically deleted after 24 months (730 days) unless we are legally required to keep them longer, for example for an ongoing shipment or dispute. Email copies in our mail system follow our normal business retention.
Who receives it
Your request may be delivered to our sales inbox, stored in our secure database on Cloudflare, and optionally forwarded to an internal webhook (for example Slack or a CRM) configured by FASTPORT. All processors are bound by confidentiality and used only to handle your enquiry.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent for future marketing contact. We will respond within a reasonable time. To exercise these rights, email info@fastport.vn with enough detail for us to find your request.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled), rate limiting, and same-site checks on form submissions. Webhook integrations, when used, are signed with HMAC so only our systems can send valid payloads.
Privacy enquiries and deletion requests
Email us with your name and the address you used on the form. We will confirm once your data has been removed from our active systems where applicable.
