On 14/10/2026 the US Department of Commerce published its preliminary administrative review of anti-dumping duties on paper shopping bags from Vietnam, case A-552-836, for the period 03/01/2024 to 30/6/2025.
Of 05 Vietnamese companies that requested the review, 04 withdrew within 90 days of initiation, so DOC terminated the review for them.
The remaining company was selected as the sole mandatory respondent, and the preliminary results apply only to it.
Vietnamese exporters without a separate rate face 92.34%.
